We begin our talent search for your specific role after you’ve made the initial payment. We’ll assess and interview until we find candidates that are well suited for your job.

We’ll present the candidates to you, along with a recording of their interview with us. You’ll then schedule interviews with the candidates to choose your favorite.

Upon successful placement of your new manager, you pay the remainder of our fee (We offer a 60-day guarantee).
